During my stay, I was enamored by the exquisite spa treatments and the beautiful local sweets served at the poolside, making my experience truly memorable, and with Quinta da Regaleira just a short 500 meters away, I was able to enjoy leisurely strolls to explore its enchanting gardens and hidden grottoes.

The views from the hotel were truly breathtaking, and

the overall charm of the property made for a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, but we found the bathroom slightly outdated. The staff were attentive, though we encountered a bit of a wait at check-in.

The pool area needs urgent maintenance!!! The room's decor felt outdated, with peeling paint and worn carpets. The service in the restaurant during peak times was dreadfully slow, and the pricing for dining options was just unreasonable!!!

Staying at Valverde Sintra Palacio De Seteais was a dream! The Royal Suite offered incredible views, and the spa treatments were heavenly. Although the air conditioning needed a bit of work, the attentive staff and stunning gardens more than made up for it.

I appreciated the welcome gesture of lemonade upon arrival. it felt personal. My room was spacious and well-appointed, but the air conditioning left something to be desired – it struggled to cool adequately. Staff service was mostly exceptional, though a couple of team members lacked knowledge about local recommendations. The breakfast spread had decent options, but it didn't feel particularly special for a hotel of this caliber. Housekeeping timing conflicted with my schedule a couple of times, which was inconvenient. Noise from outside areas disrupted my peace at times. The steep hill to the hotel can be challenging for newcomers, so it’s worth considering transportation in advance. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and unique, but some improvements could enhance the stay significantly.
